Perennial Engagement

The Secret Design of Feminine and Masculine Energy

Twin Soul and Soul Mate Connections
The concept of a counterpart soul, as in a “twin soul” or “soul mate,” is an ancient one found in many belief systems. A few of the more prominent examples include Hinduism, Kabbalah, Sufism, Celtic and Platonic philosophy. The cornerstone of this belief is rooted in the intuitive ground of male-female synergy. One of the ways we see this synergy expressed is in the solar cross, or sun cross. This simple, elegant figure expresses the relationship between seasons, cycles, and male-female energy as complimentary aspects of the same essential form. Of course other symbols, the Yin-Yang and Shatkona as examples, relate similar principals. But the solar cross is perhaps the most ancient expression of these primary archetypes relating our relationship with the universe.

So it is, the universal dance is a “fusion” of the masculine principal, represented by the cross form in the above, and the feminine principal, represented by the surrounding circle. These two aspects are not separate at all, they’re simply inflections of the same unity.

Indeed, there is no division between the feminine-masculine aspect because “they” are a unified continuum.  And in the moon-lit presence of your profound lover, with the stars aligned above, when you look deep in their eyes you’ll see that union. This intense “reactive chemistry” comes with waves of magnetic fingers, as subtle electric currents flow through every cell in your body.  And as the story goes, profound love chooses you, and strikes to the very core of your being.

It is the fundamental search for synergy and connection in life which relates the soul’s quest for union with its counterpart. “Twin souls”, “soul mates” and “matched pairs,” being the most common form of “soul” relationship, relate the variant intensities of such connections. The concept of a twin soul represents the pinnacle of connection, while soul mates and matched pairs correspond to descending thresholds. Furthermore, the general belief is such that one will have many more matched pair connections than soul mate connections, and even fewer twin soul connections – of which some believe there is only one.

                                          within two bodies.” Sri Aurobindo

Over the last few decades the awareness of profound soul connections, as expressed in the twin soul idea, has emerged more and more into mass consciousness. Certainly a number of movies have explored the theme; “Somewhere in Time,” “Bridges of Madison County,” “The Notebook,” and “The Last of the Mohicans” being a few examples. Beyond this, one can reasonably say that every profound love story is rooted in the same underlying message. But recently, with the global shift of consciousness and greater awareness of the “spiritual dimension,” the recognition of some transcendent connection is more readily accepted and acknowledged.

The nature of this “greater union” and its mysterious theme is explored throughout the presentation of Perennial Engagement. It is here we see the collaboration that brings forth the animated Love Story – and gain insight into why love so often is troubled in the world we are in today. But more important, we also see the intent of the design we are immersed in. From that perception we find many answers to getting where we want to be; a world intimately interwoven in love’s radiance with deep personal experiences of profound connection.

In the following segment we will explore some of the secrets covered in the presentation. The revealing of this information is intended to help you better understand the greater theme of the program. However, it should be noted due to the lack of interaction in this medium, and the content of the material, you may have more questions than answers after the next section. If so, and this is entirely to be expected, please don’t hesitate to contact us for additional clarification.
