The Secret Design of Feminine and Masculine Energy
As our imaginary story unfolds, the counterpart pair, reflecting the feminine-masculine aspect, emerges from the sanctuary of their unified continuum. They “separate” and disguise themselves behind the innumerable costumes of individualized experience. This allows the pair to explore and understand their aspect in every form imagination may conceive.
Their journey “outward” from the Loving source is necessary in order to fulfill their sacred engagement to each other. And the vow they made was to always recognize that sacred connection – even in times when its echo is as faint as the pulse of a distant star.
The power that separates our pair is like a prism scattering the spectrum of light, painting the universe with its divided “colors.” And as we shall see, their journey is filled with “color,” and the illimitable shades and tones of every possibility.
The universe, conceived from their Love, is filled with such intense passion, intimacy, and interwoven connection it takes uncountable lifetimes to realize. The epic journey of that experience is a profound mystery, a “secret” only Love can resolve because love is the emanating principal as well as the destination of every voyage.
Our counterpart’s resonant connection is so indelible it transcends all attempts to impede its ultimate re-union. However, along the way, the pair encounter great difficulties and trials, and sometimes they cannot continue their journey together. So they lose each other for a time, and in the process, revitalize their connection with the purifying power of separation.
Eventually, while the couple is apart, the longing for their union calls from the darkness with the radiance of the sun. Depending on the length of their separation, and their readiness for reunion, it may take a moment, or a lifetime, for their sacred vow to be completed. But they will return to each other again, and the glory of their connection will be even greater than before.
“Time” is not a consideration for the pair because their Love transcends all notions of time and space. Indeed, the theater of space and time is the creation of their perennial interplay together.
Periods of Confusion
The counterpart pair resides in us all; moving through life playing sophisticated versions of lost & found and hide & seek. Certainly, in a complex world with complex themes, “they” seem confused by it all. However, beneath the whirls of complexity, there’s a very simple clarity:
In the depths of our being we are as children (innocent) gathered in a sunny field (radiant) in search of love (re-unification) with the intent to play.
With the above in mind, consider our “greater bodily form,” comprised of our temporal and universal dimension. That form, in this place and time, is here to share the miracle of touch. To touch each others lives deeply, to touch the miracle of sunlight, to touch a child’s face, and to touch our soul’s counterpart in the flesh.
In this way, “touch” is the most sacred gift of life, and when we forsake this gift we lose contact with our deepest nature. When this happens the epic love story subsides, and we find ourselves amid the confusion of a seemingly lost world.
The presentation of Perennial Engagement reveals the primary reasons why so many are adrift at this time. But more important, we will clarify the possibilities to express our true, sacred legacy: to bring forth a “world” where Love is the central theme, and its fruition abundant.
